Description This PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) is a strong filament with a glass transition temperature of 220°C. Parts of this material can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. This makes this filament very suitable for solutions around an engine or cylinder block. Parts of this filament are also suitable for steam sterilisation with EtO gas, making medical applications possible with this filament.

Description Fiberon PPS-CF10 from Polymaker is a filament reinforced with carbon fibres, making it ideal for 3D prints that need to be used in extreme conditions. The filament has a high heat and chemical resistance, is not sensitive to moisture and has a V0 flame retardant. This product is black, is 1.75mm and comes on a 0.5kg spool.

This filament is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with 20% glass fibre and combines high mechanical strength with excellent chemical resistance. The material is also electrically insulating and flame-retardant (UL94 V0), making it ideal for industrial, automotive, and electrical applications. PPS-GF20 offers high dimensional stability with minimal distortion, making it suitable for both functional prototypes and end-use parts.

Please note: We recommend using a wear-resistant nozzle, such as a hardened steel nozzle.
