Shipping Timetable and Costs
We use Fastway Couriers & DPD to deliver every package:

Same-day dispatch right up to 7pm ( DPD) or 6:15pm (Fastway), Monday to Friday, directly from our Dublin warehouse.

* in-stock items usually ship same-day. 

* Please allow '5-7' working days for all other products.

* all shipments are fully Track-and-Trace and a signature is required.

* Please note we do not have a collection option.

Shipping Method
Fastway and DPD deliver Mon-Fri, while DPD also deliver on Saturdays in selected urban areas. 
 
 
DPD delivers Mon-Fri (Mon-Sat in selected urban areas).
All packages are Track-and-Trace so a signature is required!

We’re excited to offer you a fast, easy way to shop online and pick up your order at your convenience. 

How It Works

  1. Place Your Order Online
    Add items to your cart and select "Collect" at checkout.
  2. Wait for SMS or Email Notification
    We’ll send you a text message or email when your order is ready for pickup.
  3. Collect Your Order
    Visit our store during our collection hours. Bring your order confirmation email and valid photo ID.
📢 IMPORTANT: Please do NOT arrive for collection until you receive an SMS or Email stating your order is ready ⚠️

Collection Times

SMS Notification Received Pickup Window
Before 12 PM 12 PM – 1 PM (same day)
Before 3 PM 3 PM – 4. 30 PM (same day)
After 3 PM Next day collection


We’ll hold your order for 48 hours after it’s ready. After that, it may be returned to stock.
