Hardened steel nozzles are suitable for some highly specialized materials, where a standard (brass) nozzle is at risk of corrosion. The hardened nozzle provides the same performance as the brass edition, but has a longer delivery time than the standard brass version.

This nozzle has an opening of 0.25 mm (marking 0) and is suitable for filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm.

The added nickel layer makes the nozzle more wear-resistant, and with the new WS2 polyphobic nanocoating, the filament will no longer stick to the nozzle.
