Description Create high-quality 3D prints with the Original Prusa XL 3D printer. This printer has a large build volume of 360mm x 360mm x 360mm, 5 print heads and comes partially assembled.

User friendly
The printer is automatically calibrated, always has the perfect first layer and can start printing with just 1 click. Use 'spool join' to automatically switch to another roll when one roll runs out. This makes it possible to make a 10kg 3D print without manually changing the filament rolls. Use filaments such as PLA, PETG and ASA. Thanks to the Nextruder, 3D prints have a good quality and even 3D prints with an overhang of 15˚ can be printed without any problems. The high precision and 0.2mm accuracy ensure that parts fit together seamlessly. Flexible filaments can also be printed easily.

5 individual print heads
Easily use multiple types of filament per print thanks to the 5 individual print heads. For example, combine PETG with a soluble filament for the supports, so that they are easy to remove. Unnecessary waste is minimized because no filament tower is built for completely dry filaments. This leaves more filament for making your 3D printing projects. When printing with multiple colours, the Original Prusa XL can quickly change thanks to the Input Shaper and Pressure Advance technologies. Because only 1 colour is used per print head, there are no long filament changes, so changing is much faster. 5 spools of 2kg can be attached to the printer.

Other functionalities
This 3D printer has a unique segmented print bed for even better quality 3D prints. The 16 individually controllable tiles prevent heat deformation. Unused tiles are also switched off to save energy. Thanks to the 'power-loss recovery' it is possible to resume 3D printing after a power failure. The Original Prusa XL 3D printer is silent and can be made even quieter with the 'stealth mode'. Use the joystick to navigate through menus or use the touchscreen. Finally, this printer can also be used offline.

Please note: Some parts of the Prusa XL are packaged separately for maximum protection during delivery. As a result, the print heads and display must still be assembled according to the instructions provided.

If you love modifying your 3D printer, adding new features, and tweaking it to your liking, our accelerometer module for printer developers will surely come in handy! With it, you can easily measure the resonance frequency of each axis and recalibrate your Input Shaper to the optimal values, ensuring your 3D printer operates with maximum efficiency.

Our printers come from the factory with pre-configured, optimised Input Shaper values that have been collected and fine-tuned across many of our machines. Therefore, with a standard stock printer, you won’t ever need additional tuning, as any potential improvement after recalibration would be rather insignificant.

However, some modifications, such as a mod on the Nextruder, can impact the printer’s construction to the extent that the original Input Shaper values are no longer valid. You can then easily use our accelerometer to recalibrate it. Simply plug it into the xBuddy board using the connector on the back of the MK4S 3D printer, attach it to the printhead and the heatbed, and perform a full recalibration of the Input Shaper.

Although this tool is intended for developers, installing the accelerometer on the printer and using it is very easy.

Featuring a built-in filament sensor with a reliable trigger system, the MK3S+ knows when a filament strand has been inserted into the extruder. It’s also able to detect all filament types and colours, for added control and awareness of the printing process.

The helpful Power Loss Recovery feature ensures that the Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ fully recovers from power losses and continues printing from precisely where it stopped. It detects an interruption in the power supply and then shuts down the extruder heating and heatbed, finally saving the last known location, to prevent wasting your time and material.

High-temperature printing is supported with this powerful printer, with a maximum nozzle temperature of 300°C, as well as a maximum heatbed temperature of 120°C. These impressively high temperatures allow the Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ to support PLA, PETG, ASA filament and more.

Description Thanks to the Original Prusa MMU3 assembled unit it is possible to use up to 5 colours with only 1 nozzle. This smart upgrade for the Original Prusa 3D printer automatically switches between different filaments, allowing you to create the most colourful projects.

Filament saving
The firmware and smart design ensure that filament can be changed extra fast with minimal filament waste. In addition, there are perfect colour transitions and the wipe tower is built efficiently. It is also possible to use the 'wipe to infill' option or the 'wipe to object' option, which both help to save filament.

User friendly
The filament is fed through a PTFE tube to a buffer and then to the 3D printer, preventing resistance and tangling of the filament. If there are any problems, the MMU3 can detect and fix them itself. An extensive error message is also sent to the LCD screen of the 3D printer. Manual adjustments can also be easily made via the LCD screen or via the buttons on the unit.

Please note: the MMU3 works best with a standard nozzle instead of a high-flow nozzle.

Description

The MK52 heatbed has embedded high Curie temperature magnets. These magnets are able to firmly hold removable spring steel sheets.

The Satin sheet further expands our line-up of print sheets. In terms of printing properties, the Satin sheet sits between the smooth and textured variants. Its powder-coated surface with lightly textured matte finish offers an optimal level of adhesion, especially when printing PLA and PETG materials. It is fully compatible with a wide range of common and less-common filaments, such as ABS, ASA, FlexFill 98A, Polycarbonate and more. A vast majority of materials can be printed without a separation layer (e.g. glue).

Polycarbonate - prints better on satin (compared to smooth and textured sheets) - when printing with PC often, glue stick layer is recommended to prevent possible damage to the sheet.

WARNING: Never clean the Satin powder-coated spring steel sheet with acetone! Doing so will create microfractures in the texture, which will make the surface deteriorate over time.

Note: Consumable parts, such as PEI sheets (smooth, textured, etc.) are not covered by warranty as the coatings are designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks or other cosmetic damage is also not covered by the warranty. Only defective sheets on arrival are covered by warranty.

Description The MK52 heatbed has embedded high Curie temperature magnets. These magnets are able to firmly hold removable spring steel sheets. Powder coating directly on metal makes it very hard to damage this build plate. If a heated nozzle crashed into it, the metal can dissipate the heat. Powder coating also gives the surface a distinct textured look that will be visible on your prints. The textured surface hides most of the mechanical damage caused by tools. Only the top of the small bumps can be scratched, which will not imprint on the bottom of the model.

WARNING: Never clean the Textured PEI Powder-coated spring steel sheet with acetone! Doing so will create microfractures in the PEI texture, which will make the surface deteriorate over time.

Description This smooth PEI coated spring steel sheet is ideal for printing with PLA and offers fantastic adhesion to most materials. The texture of the sheet gives 3D prints a smooth underside. If small marks appear on the sheet, they can be removed by gently going over it in a circular motion with the hard side of a dry kitchen sponge. This product is only suitable for the Prusa XL 3D printer.

Prusa XL Textured Powder-coated Print sheet

Description This is a double-sided textured powder-coated spring steel sheet for Original Prusa XL. This heatbed has embedded high Curie temperature magnets. These magnets are able to firmly hold removable spring steel sheets.

Powder coating directly on metal makes it very hard to damage this build plate. If a heated nozzle crashed into it, the metal can dissipate the heat. Powder coating also gives the surface a distinct textured look that will be visible on your prints. The textured surface hides most of the mechanical damage caused by tools. Only the top of the small bumps can be scratched, which will not imprint on the bottom of the model. This surface is used on our print farm, look at the printed parts you have on your printer for reference.
