Uniformation Cure3 Ultra Curing Station

Description The Uniformation Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station is a large curing chamber of 362mm x 200mm. This large size is ideal for curing large 3D prints or multiple smaller 3D prints. This makes this curing chamber also very useful for mass production and print farms.

Perfect curing
This curing chamber has 4 UV LED strips that are distributed over the sides. Thanks to the transparent 360˚ turntable, your 3D print is evenly illuminated from all sides. This way you get perfectly cured 3D prints every time. The standard curing time is set at 3 minutes, but can be manually adjusted to easily 30 minutes. To get even more out of your 3D print, you can use this machine to dry the print. The built-in drying system can be set up to 50˚ and between 0 and 15 minutes, so you can be sure that the print is perfectly dry before it is cured. The print is cured with 400 – 405nm UV light.

Safety first
The 500cm² carbon filter is magnetic and can be attached to the back of the machine. This makes it easy to place and replace. This filter ensures that there is less nuisance from resin odor, so you are assured of a safe working environment. For extra safety when using this curing chamber, there is an extra safety feature that prevents the machine from starting when the lid is open. In addition, the chamber has a plastic protection against exposure to UV light.

The printer uses 200W and the vat can hold 1100ml of resin. You can easily control this 3D printer via the 5 inch touchscreen and slice files with the UniFormation Slicer, Chitubox or Lychee. Send files via wifi, ethernet or use a USB stick.

Description Always super sharp 3D prints with the Uniformation GK3 3D printer. The fantastic 16K 9.6 inch mono LCD screen has a resolution of 15120 x 6230 and a pixel size of 14 x 19 µm. The build volume of 211mm x 118mm x 240mm offers enough space for medium to large 3D prints. The printer comes with 3 print modes: 'precision', 'speed' and 'ultra' mode. So there is a suitable option for every 3D print.

Smart & high precision
The smart automatic resin supply system monitors the resin level and ensures that there is enough resin for making the 3D print. In addition, not only the resin level in the barrel is monitored, but also that in the cartridge so that you can replace it in time. This 3D printer uses an automatic heating system for even heating of the resin. It comes with preheating and automatic temperature detection. It also heats up to 25˚C within 25 minutes. The collimating Fresnel lens refines the 405 nm light of the COB, which makes the light refract very precisely. This improves precision and detail level in 3D prints.

User friendly
The quick release design of the build plate and resin vat make it easier to clean and replace parts. The drip tray helps to drain excess resin from the print before it cures. In addition, the touchscreen can be rotated 90˚ for easy operation. The built-in camera can be used to monitor the printing process and create time lapse videos.
