Description The Uniformation Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station is a large curing chamber of 362mm x 200mm. This large size is ideal for curing large 3D prints or multiple smaller 3D prints. This makes this curing chamber also very useful for mass production and print farms.

Perfect curing
This curing chamber has 4 UV LED strips that are distributed over the sides. Thanks to the transparent 360˚ turntable, your 3D print is evenly illuminated from all sides. This way you get perfectly cured 3D prints every time. The standard curing time is set at 3 minutes, but can be manually adjusted to easily 30 minutes. To get even more out of your 3D print, you can use this machine to dry the print. The built-in drying system can be set up to 50˚ and between 0 and 15 minutes, so you can be sure that the print is perfectly dry before it is cured. The print is cured with 400 – 405nm UV light.

Safety first
The 500cm² carbon filter is magnetic and can be attached to the back of the machine. This makes it easy to place and replace. This filter ensures that there is less nuisance from resin odor, so you are assured of a safe working environment. For extra safety when using this curing chamber, there is an extra safety feature that prevents the machine from starting when the lid is open. In addition, the chamber has a plastic protection against exposure to UV light.

Description Wash excess resin from your 3D prints with the Wash 3 Ultra Washing Machine. This machine provides a powerful and careful 360˚ cleaning of your prints. The cleaning space is 300mm x 280mm x 165mm and the basket is 290mm x 335mm x 85mm. You can use up to 10 litres of solvent at a time. The machine comes with a separate storage module for your solvent bottles.

Efficient
The handy separation block gives you the option to reduce the cleaning space for cleaning small 3D prints. This way you need to use less solvent. You have different options for cleaning. User friendly
Thanks to its convenient features, this 3D printer is very user-friendly. The lid opens upwards and the parts are easy to remove for maintenance or replacement. You can easily detach the build plate and place it on the drip hanger to let the excess resin drain before you let your 3D print cure. This prevents resin drips from curing, which can cause unevenness in the surface of your 3D print.

Smart features

GK3 Ultra 16K

Wash 3 Ultra Washing Machine
The Wash 3 Ultra Washing Machine allows you to easily wash excess resin from your 3D prints. The cleaning space is 300mm x 280mm x 165mm and provides a powerful and careful 360˚ cleaning. The machine comes with a 290mm x 335mm x 85mm basket in which you can place your prints to be cleaned, a separation block to prevent solvent spillage and a separate storage module for your solvent bottles. You can choose from 3 options, normal cleaning, 2-step cleaning and 3-step cleaning.

Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station
The Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station is an ideal curing chamber for large 3D prints or multiple small prints. This chamber is 362mm x 200mm and has 4 UV LED strips that are distributed over the sides. Thanks to the transparent 360˚ turntable, your 3D print is evenly exposed from all sides. You can use this machine for both drying and curing, which further improves the quality of your 3D prints. For safety, the machine is equipped with a carbon filter, an extra safety on the lid and a plastic protection against exposure to UV light.
