eSun natural ePLA-LW filament 1.75mm, 1kg

Description eSun ePLA-LW Natural is a lightweight filament specially designed for aeromodelling. It is perfect for model aircraft, drones, cosplay and any other application that calls for lightweight 3D printed parts. ePLA-LW has a stable connection between layers and is easy to repair. The surface of the print will be matte and refined.

The foaming ratio and strength can be adjusted as desired by adjusting the printing temperature. Between 210℃ and 270℃, this material will foam when printing. This will increase the volume almost 1.2 times. The extrusion can be reduced by up to 45% to print lightweight parts. Due to the foaming ratio of 220%, 55% less material is used per part than when using regular PLA. This way you achieve a part of the same size but with less weight. The active foaming technology creates practically invisible layers.

These enhance the severity and strength of the nylon and even make it possible to use this filament as a replacement for metal in many situations. Because it absorbs little moisture, prints made from this material are more resistant to humidity and temperature changes. This filament is ideal for printing parts such as gears, because it is self-lubricating and can withstand frequent use.

For long-term use, ePA12-CF can function well at temperatures up to 120°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 160°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Description This eSun ePAHT-CF filament is based on PA6 with an addition of 15% carbon fibres. The high strength, stiffness, mechanical and thermal properties are even better than other nylon filaments from eSun. In many cases, ePAHT-CF can be used as a replacement for metal. This makes it perfect for printing robot, drone and aviation parts.

For long-term use, ePAHT-CF can function well at temperatures up to 150°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 180°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Please note:

For best results, dry ePAHT-CF at 70°C/>12H and print with a skirt around your model.
Because it is not easy to bend, it is advisable to avoid excessive bending of the wire as much as possible.
The added carbon fibres in ePAHT-CF ensure that you can better print this filament with a hard steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. We also recommend a hard steel extruder.

Description Let your prints shine with eSun eTwinkling gold filament. This is a PLA filament to which superfine glitter powder has been added. This gives it a glittering effect. eTwinkling shrinks little, does not deform or break. It is an environmentally friendly filament made from raw materials. eTwinkling can be printed as easily as PLA and is ideal for printing decorations, accessories, art and more.

Please note: this filament is not easy to bend. Make sure to bend the wire as little as possible. It is also advisable to use a large nozzle and a high temperature when printing with eTwinkling, so that there is less chance of blockages.
