It is perfect for model aircraft, drones, cosplay and any other application that calls for lightweight 3D printed parts. ePLA-LW has a stable connection between layers and is easy to repair. The surface of the print will be matte and refined.

The foaming ratio and strength can be adjusted as desired by adjusting the printing temperature. Between 210℃ and 270℃, this material will foam when printing. This will increase the volume almost 1.2 times. The extrusion can be reduced by up to 45% to print lightweight parts. Due to the foaming ratio of 220%, 55% less material is used per part than when using regular PLA. This way you achieve a part of the same size but with less weight. Description This eSun ePAHT-CF filament is based on PA6 with an addition of 15% carbon fibres. The high strength, stiffness, mechanical and thermal properties are even better than other nylon filaments from eSun. In many cases, ePAHT-CF can be used as a replacement for metal. This makes it perfect for printing robot, drone and aviation parts.

For long-term use, ePAHT-CF can function well at temperatures up to 150°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 180°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Please note:

For best results, dry ePAHT-CF at 70°C/>12H and print with a skirt around your model.
Because it is not easy to bend, it is advisable to avoid excessive bending of the wire as much as possible.
The added carbon fibres in ePAHT-CF ensure that you can better print this filament with a hard steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. We also recommend a hard steel extruder.

Description This eSun ePLA-Matte filament in the colour Peach Pink is an easy to print, odourless and environmentally friendly material. This matte PLA has better stiffness than ABS, the same strength as PC and does not need to be printed with a housing. ePLA-Matte shrinks little, does not deform or break. It is also suitable for making large prints. Any supports can be easily removed and layer lines are almost invisible. This makes it a popular choice for making decorative prints, cosplay parts and prototypes, among other things.
