RAMPS

Description

RAMPS stands for RepRap Arduino Mega Pololu Shield and contains all the electronics for a complete RepRap printer. All components on RAMPS have been tested for a maximum input voltage of 24V. For proper cooling it is important that the RAMPS board is placed on top of the Arduino stack.

RAMPS has the following properties:

3 MosFets for heater/fan
5 Step Driver Locks
USB type B connector
5A fuse for protection
11A fuse for protection for the heated bed
3 Thermistor connections
Multiple AUX connections available

Description The Arduino Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It features 54 digital input/output pins (of which 14 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a ceramic resonator (16Mhz), a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header and a reset button.

The Arduino Mega 2560 Rev3 offers full microcontroller support and is easy to connect with a USB cable, AC-DC adapter or battery and you can start right away! The Mega is compatible with most shields made for the Arduino Uno, the Duemilanove or the Diecimila.

New features of the R3 version are:

ATmega16U2 as USB-to-serial converter instead of the 8U2
1.0 Pinout: Additional SDA and SCL pins, placed near the AREF pin, for TWI communication and two other new pins at the RESET pin: the IOREF that allows shields to adapt to the voltage supplied by the board. The second pin is a disconnected pin, reserved for future use

Description This graphic LCD screen allows you to quickly and easily add a display to your RepRap 3D printer.

The display has a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels, has an SD card slot and is equipped with a push button. Description This powerful MOSFET module (type NCEP01T18T) withstands higher currents than the MOSFET on your RAMPS or similar electronics boards. The module is suitable for 12V and 24V heated beds or hot ends and can handle PWM controls. The kit includes a ready-to-install PCB with a short connection cable.

NOTE: For high currents it is important to actively cool the module. The maximum current without active cooling is ±18A.
