Construction
The Flsun Q5 consists of a sturdy triangular aluminium frame with a matte black coating and yellow slot covers. The stepper motors that drive the sliders via a belt are located in the upper part. Thanks to the use of TMC2208 Drivers, the printer is quieter. The power supply and motherboard are located in the upper part of the printer. In general, delta printers are more difficult to calibrate than cartesian printers, but calibration of the Flsun Q5 comes with a handy calibration tool to facilitate this process. Flsun SR (Super Racer) Delta 3D Printer

Description The Flsun SR 3D printer is a Delta printer with a cylindrical print volume of 260mm x 330mm. Unlike most box printers/Cartesian printers which traditionally use control over each axis via a direct belt or Z-axis, a Delta printer uses three vertical axes. By adjusting the height of each axis individually, the extruder can steer in all directions (XYZ).

In the design, stepper motor driven sliders have been chosen for the three vertical axes. The connection between them is via timing belts. Using Sliders instead of Timing belts results not only in higher accuracy but also in the possibility to print at higher speeds.

The printer can be controlled by means of the handy 3.5-inch touchscreen display that operates with Marlin open source firmware which is also compatible with various slicer programs such as Cura and Repetier.

A handy calibration tool can be used to calibrate the glass print bed. This can easily be removed via a magnetic strip and the calibration itself can be started via the touchscreen.

The Flsun SR continues with a 360W power supply and exchangeable glass bed. The maximum print bed temperature that can be reached is 100°C. All electronics (except PSU) are located in the upper part of the printer.

Description The Creality 3D CR-10 Max 3D printer comes with an included stabilisation kit, also called the golden triangle, which ensures unprecedented stability in the printer.
By using a double Z-axis, the X-sled is better supported and this results in better prints.

The print surface of the printer is 450mm x 450mm x 470mm, making this one of the largest in its category. Unlike its predecessors, the heated bed of the Creality 3D CR-10 Max uses its full size for heating. The heated bed has its own power supply so it can be heated very quickly.

After a correct calibration of the BLTouch sensor, you no longer have to worry about a poorly adjusted heatbed. The sensor works simply, smartly and accurately. The advantage of the sensor is that it retracts automatically after use so that it does not get in the way during 3D printing.

Because the printer has such a large bed, the double belt drive ensures that the bed is effortlessly steered forwards and backwards.

The recovery function of the 3D printer comes in handy when the voltage drops. The CR-10 Max also has a filament detection sensor. Is the filament running out? Then the 3D printer will pause automatically. All cabling is quick and easy to connect with two multi connectors located on the electronics housing.

Instead of a standard Bowden tube, this printer also comes with the premium Capricorn Bowden tube, this Bowden tube ensures a better flow of the filament and is much more resistant to the high temperatures of the hotend.

In addition, an extruder is used that uses the same technique as a Bondtech extruder, the filament is fed effortlessly through the use of a double gear.

The printer can be used standalone by using the SD card slot. It is therefore not necessary to always connect the 3D printer to a PC, and with the material detection sensor, the printer will never continue printing without filament.
