Description This eSun ePAHT-CF filament is based on PA6 with an addition of 15% carbon fibres. The high strength, stiffness, mechanical and thermal properties are even better than other nylon filaments from eSun. In many cases, ePAHT-CF can be used as a replacement for metal. This makes it perfect for printing robot, drone and aviation parts.

For long-term use, ePAHT-CF can function well at temperatures up to 150°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 180°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Please note:

For best results, dry ePAHT-CF at 70°C/>12H and print with a skirt around your model.
Because it is not easy to bend, it is advisable to avoid excessive bending of the wire as much as possible.
The added carbon fibres in ePAHT-CF ensure that you can better print this filament with a hard steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. We also recommend a hard steel extruder.

Description This ePA12-CF filament from eSun is based on PA12 with the additional addition of 15% carbon fibres. This filament is ideal for printing parts such as gears, because it is self-lubricating and can withstand frequent use.

For long-term use, ePA12-CF can function well at temperatures up to 120°C. For short-term use it can withstand a temperature of up to 160°C. The filament shrinks little, is not easy to deform and does not break during printing. It is refined and has a matte appearance.

Description The Nylon PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a strong and low-shrinkage material that has the advantages of carbon fibers. In addition, it is stiff, dampens vibration and is wear-resistant. This filament is resistant to chemical materials and has a consistent operation, even at higher temperatures up to 180˚C. This makes the material an ideal choice for 3D prints that must withstand heavy conditions. The filament is specially designed for better flow, which results in better adhesion. Thanks to the 15% added carbon fibres, the stiffness and tensile strength have been significantly improved. Finally, the carbon fibres give the filament a matte look, making the layer lines less visible. This is a 1.75mm black filament on a 0.5kg spool.

Description The Nylon PA6 Low Warp GF30 is a nylon filament reinforced with 30% glass fibres. This makes it a hard filament with high heat resistance (maximum 180˚C). In addition, the filament has excellent resistance to chemicals, is resistant to wear and shrinks little. Nylon PA6 Low Warp has good adhesion between layers and can be printed without a heated print chamber. This is a 1.75mm black filament on a 1kg spool.

Description This 3DLAC adhesive spray can be used as a replacement for kapton tape. Keep the can at a distance of ±30cm and spray the 3DLAC on the heated bed before you start printing. At a temperature of 100-110 degrees, the spray is extremely sticky, so that your printed object is perfectly adhered in place. When the plate has completely cooled down, your 3D printed object can be easily removed.

The 3DLAC adhesive spray provides excellent bed adhesion for PLA, ABS, PETG and other materials. The spray is water soluble so you can easily clean your print surface after printing.

Note: PLA and PETG sometimes adhere so well in combination with 3DLAC Plus that they are a bit difficult to remove.
