When requesting a link to set a new password, first check that the email address is correct. You may have recently acquired a new e-mail address, or you may be using multiple e-mail addresses. You can check the e-mail address by, for example, checking your inbox to see whether you have received e-mail from us there in the past.

Is the e-mail address correct but you're still not receiving a link to set a new password? Then check the folder 'junk mail'. If you have not received an e-mail there either, we kindly ask you to contact us. We'd be happy to help you.
