Description The Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer from Elegoo has the fantastic features of the Neptune 4 and more. The extra advantage of this printer is the build plate. In addition to the 11 x 11 auto bed leveling system, this printer has a smart heated bed consisting of segments. During slicing, the slicing software recognizes the size of the model that is going to be printed and activates a secondary heating zone when the model is larger than the heating zone in the center (120mm x 120mm). The two parts can also be switched on and off manually to regulate the temperature more precisely. In addition, the surface of the magnetic PEI sheet is marked.

The Neptune 4 Pro is specially designed for fast and efficient printing. The silent Klipper motherboard and the ARM 64/bit 1.5G frequency quad-core processor, which allows the maximum print speed to reach 500 mm per second, contribute to this. The nozzle can reach a temperature of 300C and supports printing with PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and Nylon, among others. The extended hot end ensures consistent filament heating and faster extrusion. In addition to the 2 fans on the sides of the print head, which ensure good cooling, there are 4 fans behind the print head. These allow new layers to cool very quickly, even at high printing speeds. The new self-developed dual-gear direct extruder with a reduction ratio of 5.2:1 ensures powerful extrusion and smoother filament guidance.

Furthermore, you can still use functions such as previewing the model, pausing the print and resuming a print after a power outage. You simply send your model to the printer via USB or LAN and you can detach the 4.3'' touchscreen from the printer to operate it remotely. Thanks to the automatic bed levelling, the Saturn 4 Ultra is even easier to use. In addition, the 10 inch 16K Mono LCD screen offers unprecedented precision and an excellent level of detail. This means that even complicated models are printed perfectly. The screen has a robust 9H tempered glass protector, which protects it from scratches and damage. To prevent damage to the LCD screen, this 3D printer uses a smart mechanical sensor with residue detection. The sensor also gives a notification when there is a shortage of resin and when the bed is not level, so that incorrect 3D prints are prevented.

User friendly
The quick release design makes it easy to remove and replace parts. Replaceable retaining screws ensure a clog-free design, and dual pouring troughs make it even easier to pour resin from the tank. Use the reliable draining rack to work cleanly and safely. Switch between fast and slow print modes in an instant to match your printing speed to your needs.

Easily monitor the printing process in real time with the improved camera. The built-in light makes it possible to monitor your 3D print during the day and in the evening or to make time-lapse videos. In addition, a notification is given when the print deforms or when the build plate is empty. The exposure time of the different sections can be set separately, so that the optimal settings can be found, and PFA release film does not stick.

Safety
For added safety, the 3D printer automatically pauses and alerts when the LED temperature exceeds 80˚C. It is also possible to resume 3D printing after a power failure and the Saturn 4 Ultra can perform a quick self-test to ensure everything is working properly.

Other functionalities
It is possible to control multiple 3D printers, which makes workflows even more streamlined. Thanks to the laser-engraved build plate, there is a strong bed adhesion, which makes 3D prints less likely to deform or detach. However, 3D prints can be easily removed when they are finished.
