Description
Compact all-in-one 3D scanner that lets you create professional-quality scans of everything from small objects to large furniture or car parts, completely wirelessly and without a PC. Thanks to its powerful hardware and vibrant colour textures, you can deliver reliable, detailed 3D models—ideal for 3D printing projects, reverse engineering, or digital archiving.
  • Accuracy up to 0.03mm (for small objects) / 0.10mm (for large objects)
  • Working distance 200 – 1000mm and large scanning range (up to 4000mm × 4000mm × 4000mm)
  • 48 MP RGB camera with blue structured light for colour texture
Standard: The basic version includes the following: the Toucan scanner, power supply, manual turntable, markers, calibration plate, silicone case, and hand strap. Ideal for users who primarily use handheld or tabletop mode.
Specifications
Brand: 3DMakerpro
The Toucan is a standalone scanner: its built-in CPU, GPU, storage, and battery allow you to scan, mesh, and preview directly on the device—no external computer required. Thanks to its four 3D cameras with 48MP RGB sensors and phase-shifting blue structured light (class 1 / class 3R depending on the object), the Toucan captures not only geometry but also realistic colors and textures. This is ideal for projects where appearance and detail are just as important as form, for example, in product visualization, art, or reverse engineering. The scanner offers two modes:
  • Small objects: optimal 0.03 mm accuracy with scan field 135 × 185 mm.
  • Large objects: scan field up to 1000 × 750 mm, whereby objects up to several meters in size can be digitally captured.
Versatility, from small to large
Whether you want to scan miniatures, jewelry, prototypes, or large furniture and car parts, the Toucan adapts flexibly thanks to its dual mode ranges. Small objects receive maximum detail, while large objects are captured in a single scan.

Standalone use, no PC required
Because the Toucan is completely autonomous, you can scan and model directly on-site. This saves time and simplifies the workflow, making it convenient for designers, artists, or engineers working away from their workspace.

Suitable for 3D printing, reverse engineering and visualization
The Toucan generates 3D models with color textures that you can export to common formats (e.g., OBJ, STL, PLY, ASC). This allows you to easily transfer them to 3D printing software or CAD/mesh processing packages. Perfect for prototyping, reproducing objects, or integrating them into AR/VR.
