Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K 3D printer

Zoom in

Description Create stunning 3D prints with the plug-and-play Saturn 4 Ultra 16K 3D printer from Elegoo. Thanks to the 16K resolution, details are sharper than ever before. This printer has a build volume of 211.68mm x 118.37mm x 220mm, a resolution of 15120 x 6230 and a 14 x 19 µm XY resolution. With a printing speed of 150mm/h, 3D prints are quickly brought to life.

Handy & smart
The smart heating system heats the resin tank to 30˚C. This results in better layer adhesion and fluidity, which increases the quality of 3D prints. Thanks to the automatic bed levelling, the Saturn 4 Ultra is even easier to use. In addition, the 10 inch 16K Mono LCD screen offers unprecedented precision and an excellent level of detail. This means that even complicated models are printed perfectly. The screen has a robust 9H tempered glass protector, which protects it from scratches and damage. To prevent damage to the LCD screen, this 3D printer uses a smart mechanical sensor with residue detection. The sensor also gives a notification when there is a shortage of resin and when the bed is not level, so that incorrect 3D prints are prevented.

User friendly
The quick release design makes it easy to remove and replace parts. Replaceable retaining screws ensure a clog-free design, and dual pouring troughs make it even easier to pour resin from the tank. Use the reliable draining rack to work cleanly and safely. Switch between fast and slow print modes in an instant to match your printing speed to your needs.

Easily monitor the printing process in real time with the improved camera. The built-in light makes it possible to monitor your 3D print during the day and in the evening or to make time-lapse videos. In addition, a notification is given when the print deforms or when the build plate is empty. The exposure time of the different sections can be set separately, so that the optimal settings can be found, and PFA release film does not stick.

Safety
For added safety, the 3D printer automatically pauses and alerts when the LED temperature exceeds 80˚C. It is also possible to resume 3D printing after a power failure and the Saturn 4 Ultra can perform a quick self-test to ensure everything is working properly.

Other functionalities
It is possible to control multiple 3D printers, which makes workflows even more streamlined. Thanks to the laser-engraved build plate, there is a strong bed adhesion, which makes 3D prints less likely to deform or detach. However, 3D prints can be easily removed when they are finished.

Please note: LCD screens have a limited warranty. If you have any problems, check the warranty period.

Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer

Zoom in

Description Create super large 3D prints with the OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer from Elegoo. The impressive build volume of 800mm x 800mm x 1000mm offers enough space for creating very large prints or multiple medium-sized prints. The OrangeStorm Giga has a maximum print speed of 300mm/s, but it is recommended to print at 150mm/s.

Efficient & intelligent
The efficient heated bed consists of 4 independent build plates with PEI coating. The plates are all 410mm x 410mm and can heat up to a maximum temperature of 90˚C. The plates can be heated up simultaneously within 17 minutes, after which you can start making your 3D prints. It is also possible to heat the plates separately. The place where the model is located is automatically recognised and heated. If you want to make multiple 3D prints at the same time, it is possible to mount 3 additional print heads. This allows you to print with 4 nozzles at the same time, with the same or different colors and materials. The powerful double-sided cooling fans improve the quality of your 3D prints and stop after the print is completed thanks to the intelligent function. This saves energy and extends the life of the fans.

High quality
The OrangeStorm Giga has an elegant and timeless design. The linear x-axis and y-axis rails provide extra stability and an extended lifespan. Thanks to the improved z-axis rails, the 3D printer runs smoothly and the automatic bed leveling is accurate. The upgraded nozzle can handle a maximum temperature of 300˚C, which makes this 3D print suitable for printing various materials, such as PLA, PETG, TPU and Nylon. The 60 W ceramic heater and the chrome-zirconium-copper nozzle ensure smooth extrusion. The PID automatic calibration function of the nozzle provides even better control over the nozzle temperature. This 3D printer comes standard with a 0.6mm nozzle.

Other functionalities
You can easily control this 3D printer via the portable 7 inch HD touchscreen. Handy features such as filament detection and power loss recovery make it easier to make the perfect print.

Due to weight/size, this item is transported on a pallet, as a result shipping timeframes may vary.

Elegoo Saturn S 3D Printer

Zoom in

Description The printer does not only provide a better print speed and more build volume. The accuracy of the printer has also been improved. The printer uses a light source consisting of 54 individual UV LEDs to ensure rapid prototyping in a uniform manner. Together with 8x anti-aliasing, this creates a very smooth surface on your prints. The double linear rails on the Z axes also keep the printer stable.

A replaceable plug-in carbon filter ensures that the unpleasant resin smell that is normally released during printing is limited.

The Elegoo Saturn S LCD 3D printer is the larger and more efficient version of the Elegoo Saturn. The build volume of 196mm x 122mm x 210mm allows you to print larger models, or print a significant number of smaller models at once. The 9.1” LCD screen with 4098 x 2560 resolution ensures that the printing time per layer significantly decreases compared to other LCD 3D printers; by up to 2 to 3 seconds.

Elegoo Saturn 8K 3D printer

Zoom in

Description The Elegoo Saturn 8K 3D printer has a 10-inch monochrome LCD screen with a resolution of 7680 x 4320 and a pixel size of 28 micrometers. The 3D models that this printer prints are therefore very detailed, with sharp edges and corners on a micro level. The curing time is only 1 to 3 seconds per resin layer, allowing high print speeds to be achieved. The printer has a large build volume of 219mm x 123mm x 250mm. This ensures that you can print larger models, or several small models at the same time in one batch. The adhesion is strong due to the construction board with sandblasted surface.

The double linear sliders provide an improved Z-axis stability of the 3D printer. Movements are quieter, more stable and more accurate thanks to the shock absorption units. The printer is also equipped with an air filter system with a carbon filter. The resin smell is absorbed for the most part, resulting in an odor-free environment!
