Description This extruder kit is an original replacement part for the Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max 3D printers from Elegoo. The kit contains all essential parts for a dual-gear direct extruder setup. You will receive a hotend kit, with an extended hotend, PTFE tube and a titanium hotend throat. This kit can handle temperatures up to 300˚C, allowing you to print with a wide variety of filaments. The extended hotend throat has a 60W ceramic heating element and a copper heating block, allowing filament to be melted quickly even during high-speed printing. The 5.2:1 reduction ratio and stainless steel dual-gear gears ensure a firm grip, ensuring even filament feed and preventing flexible filament from getting stuck. To prevent heat-related issues, the kit comes with 2 x 4015 double-sided cooling fans. This ensures consistent print quality.

Description This extruder kit is an original replacement part for the Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer from Elegoo. The kit contains everything you need for a dual-gear direct extruder setup. You will receive a hotend kit, with an extended hotend, PTFE tube and a copper-titanium bimetal hotend throat. The extended hotend of this kit can handle temperatures up to 300˚C, which ensures that your filament is melted quickly and completely. This makes it possible to print with many different types of filament, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, PTU and Nylon. The bimetal hotend throat has an excellent heat conduction. The unique air ventilation system optimizes the airflow for optimal cooling, which reduces the chance of nozzle clogging. The 5.2:1 reduction ratio and the stainless steel dual-gear gears ensure a firm grip, which ensures that filament is fed evenly and that flexible filament does not get stuck. Description This Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga hotend includes an extra hotend, a spool holder and a filament detector. The 0.6mm nozzle is made of chrome-zirconium-copper, which gives it a fantastic thermal conductivity. In addition, the nozzle is wear-resistant, resistant to demanding conditions and delivers a consistent quality.
