Description With this Original Prusa MMU3 upgrade kit you can print up to 5 materials or colours at the same time with your single extruder 3D printer. The system automatically selects and changes the filament, making multi-colour printing very easy. The MMU3 uses an efficient 'wipe tower' to ensure that the previous material is out of the nozzle before the next layer is printed. PrusaSlicer also offers the option to 'wipe into infill' or 'wipe into object', which processes the wipe tower into the infill or into a new object. This is a convenient way to reduce plastic waste. Finally, the MMU3 is more reliable and easier to maintain than the MMU2.
