Description
With this 12V ceramic heating element you no longer need wire wound resistors or nichrome wire. The heater cartridge ensures faster heating of the hot end. The cable length is 100cm.

NB:
The heater cartridge heats up very quickly and will cause a temperature overshoot with the wrong settings.
Use the following PID settings in the Marlin firmware:
#define DEFAULT_Kp 45.0
#define DEFAULT_Ki 4.2
#define DEFAULT_Kd 120
