Modular platform with versatile configurations
The modular platform allows for various combinations of hotends and motors, making it easy to adapt the extruder to specific printing needs. Support for the Nema 14 Orbiter V2.0 motor, among others, enables an ultralight extrusion configuration with a total weight of less than 300 grams. Ideal for fast, lightweight print setups.

360 degree ceramic heating (CHC)
Equipped with the latest Ceramic Heating Core (CHC) technology, the V5 ensures complete and even heat distribution around the hot end. The ceramic heating ring delivers heat 360 degrees, resulting in stable extrusion conditions. A silicone sock provides additional thermal insulation and protects the hot end from material buildup and heat loss.

Reinforced hardened steel compression screw
The extruder features a redesigned compression screw, made of hardened steel, which ensures high wear resistance and durability – even when used with abrasive or technical pellets. The screw is equipped with an integrated 8 mm coupling, ensuring efficient power transmission and easy installation.
