Non Flammability with UL94 V‑0 Performance
SuperPP 0.6G V‑0 uses a halogen free flame retardant oligomer synthesised by 3DMaterials. This advanced formulation allows printed parts to pass UL94 V‑0 flammability requirements as well as FST tests including AITM2 0002 AITM2 0007 and AITM3 0005. It is an excellent choice for environments where fire safety and material compliance are essential.
High Modulus with High Elongation at Break
SuperPP 0.6G V‑0 provides a tensile modulus of 600MPa and a flexural modulus of 620MPa combined with 39 percent elongation at break. This balance of stiffness and flexibility makes it suitable for demanding engineering parts that must withstand stress without cracking.
Low Viscosity for 16 Micron Precision Printing
