Description
SuperHDT V‑0 is an advanced high temperature flame retardant engineering resin designed for creators who need exceptional heat resistance combined with strong mechanical performance and UL94 V‑0 compliance. With world leading thermal stability and excellent post cure strength it is ideal for demanding prototypes functional components and applications exposed to extreme heat.

Non Flammability with UL94 V‑0 Performance
SuperHDT V‑0 uses a halogen free flame retardant oligomer synthesised by 3DMaterials. This advanced formulation allows printed parts to exceed UL94 V‑0 flammability requirements providing reliable fire safe performance for industrial and engineering applications.

Thermal Deflection Temperature of 240 Degrees Celsius
SuperHDT V‑0 offers an industry leading thermal deflection temperature of 240 degrees Celsius allowing users to print heat resistant prototype parts that maintain their shape and strength under extreme temperatures. This makes it suitable for automotive aerospace tooling and high temperature functional testing.

User Guide 1 Remelting Resin
SuperHDT V‑0 may crystallise during storage. If the resin appears cloudy simply warm the bottle to 60 degrees Celsius for one hour or to 50 degrees Celsius for a couple of hours. It will return to a clear state and perform perfectly.

User Guide 2 Post Curing for Maximum HDT
The heat deflection temperature is measured after post curing using LED light at 395 to 405 nanometres with an intensity of 20mW per square centimetre for ten minutes. If the curing light is weak extend the exposure time. Heating the printed part in an 80 degree Celsius oven for one hour will further improve mechanical properties and heat resistance.

User Guide 3 Additional Surface Coating
After all post processing including sanding and cleaning dip the print into SuperHDT V‑0 resin to create a thin surface coating. Remove excess resin until no drops remain then perform post curing. This coating enhances heat resistance and helps prevent cracking when exposed to temperatures beyond the thermal deflection limit.

ISO 10993 5 Tested After Post Cure
When properly cleaned and fully post cured SuperHDT V‑0 passes ISO 10993 5 2009 testing providing confidence for applications where material safety and reliability are essential.

Compatible with All LCD 3D Printers
Thanks to advanced photosensitisation technology SuperHDT V‑0 works with all regular and monochrome LCD printers including 4K and 8K systems. No special hardware or modifications are required.
