Description
SuperHDT is an advanced high temperature engineering resin designed for creators who need exceptional heat resistance combined with strong mechanical performance. With the highest heat deflection temperature available in the world and excellent post cure stability it is ideal for demanding prototypes functional components and applications exposed to extreme thermal conditions.

Heat Deflection Temperature of 240 Degrees Celsius
SuperHDT offers an industry leading heat deflection temperature of 240 degrees Celsius allowing users to print heat resistant prototype parts that maintain their shape and strength under extreme temperatures. This makes it suitable for automotive aerospace industrial and tooling applications.

Increase Heat Resistance by Adding SuperHDT
SuperHDT can be blended with standard resins such as SuperFast 8K to significantly increase the heat deflection temperature of printed parts. This also enhances hardness and toughness providing improved mechanical performance without sacrificing printability.

User Guide 1 Remelting Resin
SuperHDT may recrystallise during storage. If the resin appears cloudy simply warm the bottle at 60 degrees Celsius for one hour or at 50 degrees Celsius for a couple of hours. It will return to a clear state and perform perfectly.

User Guide 2 Post Curing for Maximum HDT
The heat deflection temperature is measured after post curing using a 20mW per square centimetre LED light at 395 to 405 nanometres for ten minutes. If the curing light is weak extend the exposure time. Heating the printed part in an 80 degree Celsius oven for one hour will further enhance mechanical properties and heat resistance.

ISO 10993 5 Tested After Post Cure
When properly cleaned and fully post cured SuperHDT passes ISO 10993 5 2009 testing providing confidence for applications where material safety and reliability are essential.

Compatible with All LCD 3D Printers
Thanks to advanced photosensitisation technology SuperHDT works with all regular and monochrome LCD printers including 4K and 8K systems. No special hardware or modifications are required.
