With the Felfil EVO pellet extruder you can easily recycle old filament residues or failed 3D prints and create new filament in any colour in no time at all. The spooler checks the diameter of the filament before it is automatically wound around the spool. This way you are assured of the best quality!

Suitable for various materials such as PLA, ABS and PETG and equipped with a high-quality sensor with a precision of 10 microns. The Felfil EVO has a maximum temperature of 250°C and extrudes at a maximum speed of 1.15m per minute.

MAHOR-XYZ V4 | 24V | 70W | pellet extruder

Description Do you often print and do you spend a lot of money buying filament because of this? With the MAHOR-XYZ pellet extruder you no longer need filament! Instead, you print with cheap pellets that are automatically processed by the pellet extruder and used for your 3D prints. You simply install the device on your 3D printer. The V4 is not only more compact, but also more powerful than the previous versions.

This 24V/70W machine prints at up to 3.6 meters per minute and has a maximum temperature of 400°C. The standard nozzle has a diameter of 0.8mm. This can be exchanged with a nozzle of a minimum of 0.4 to a maximum of 2mm.

Dyze Pulsar 220V large-scale pellet extruder, 3mm

Description

The Pulsar is a state-of-the-art and large-scale plastic pellet extruder. It is designed to print parts of 1m³ or more as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and can produce up to 500mm³ (2.5 kg/h) of material. The Pulsar is compatible with any large-scale 3D printer or even robotic arms.

The pulsar is designed with three heat zones. This ensures that the polymer remains at a constant temperature. The upper part receives the cold pellets and heats them to melting point. Next, the middle zone stabilises the polymer at a precise temperature. A nozzle heater ensures an even flow. This Pulsar also comes with a 3mm nozzle. On order, versions can be supplied with other nozzle diameters of 1mm or 5mm.
